Overview
Set just 200 metres from Ksamil Beach, Vila Unique features accommodation in Ksamil with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as full-day security. Apartament was very great! Very clean, air conditioning was working, there was a lot of place to park within the residence, and location was simply amazing - very close to everything - pharmacie, bars, restaurants, market, shops, beaches - everything in range of hand. For example Ksamil beach - 2-3 minutes of walk. Market - 1 minute of walk. Residence is located directly by main road of Ksamil but thanks to good silencing of apartaments. Even when music is playing loud on next side of the street you can sleep in quiet. Apartament was very clean, and cleaning service is every 2 days. At arrival you are welcome personally by really nice owner of the residence who explain you eveyrthing you need to know and speaks English very good. The owner was very helpfull - when we needed something he was more than helpfull, so we could enjoy our stay without problems. We absolutelly do recommend this place and we hope to come again :)

Everything was perfect. If you want to get great staff, cleanliness, great location, comfort and a room that is worth the money, then the choice is Vila Unique.I recommend Vila Unique 1000%. I had a request for parking inside the property and I got it. Protected and secure parking for my vehicle. I recommend 100000% Vila Unique you are the BEST.

“Great value for money”
The rooms were so perfectly white I worried about getting any stain on them. Perfectly clean. Good value for money. Nice balcony, good shower, perfect location with access to supermarket, bus stops, beaches.
