Super comfortable, spacious, clean duplex with a lovely view. Well positioned away from the busy traffic but in easy walking distance of beaches & supermarket. Air conditioning on both levels which is a real bonus.

Beautifully decorated, very nice views, comfortable bed and lots of space. Air conditioning was fantastic and everything was exceptionally clean. Very short walk across to the nearest shops too, really loved our three nights there.

“Exceptional property near the center”

Our stay was incredible, and the accommodation exceeded all expectations. The house is very modern with spectacular views over all of Ksamil. The host was exceptional from the very beginning: at check-in, he even came on his motorbike to pick us up because our taxi had gotten lost on the way. At check-out, he woke up very early to help us find our return taxi and even went out to look for it. Truly a 10/10 in hospitality! The location is excellent: just a 17-minute walk to the beach and 12 minutes by car to other stunning beaches. Plus, within only a 5-minute walk from the villa, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, which made everything even more convenient. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials for cooking, and the property also had a very cozy little garden—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors after preparing a meal. We stayed for two weeks, and every 3 to 4 days the place was cleaned, with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper provided. We also had the chance to do laundry, and the host kindly provided the detergent and washing supplies. The Wi-Fi was excellent—fast and stable—making it perfect for remote work. The space was very comfortable: working during the day and heading to the beach in the afternoon made our stay truly unforgettable. Faleminderit 🙏✨

The host was hospitable, served us with fruit and drinks. We also had access to a shared washing machine. Parking was possible in the yard.

I recommend for booking. corresponds to the description. great view! 6 min walk to the beach. 5 min away there is a pharmacy and a supermarket that works until late. also good establishments nearby.

“Amazing Stay!”

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host and the cleaning ladies were all so kind and helpful they kept checking in to see if we needed anything and even cleaned the place during our stay. The location was perfect: very close to the center and the beach, yet peaceful and quiet it really felt like a relaxing holiday. There were markets nearby, and we also had a parking space for our car, which was super convenient. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back!
