“Perfect stay in Ksamil”
This is a gem in Ksamil! Great location but super quiet. The lovely lady who owns the Vila will always greet you with a smile and keeps everything immaculate. Lots of help available from her son who speaks English. Very well equipped for a small kitchenette.

Very nice, quiet location and super helpful owners! It’s around a 3 minute walk to the main street of Ksamil but you are outside of all the noise :)

“Top stay, worth every penny.”
The owner was extremely nice even though she didn’t speak any english. The place was clean and the view from the balcony was perfect. If i’m ever in Ksamil again, I know where I’m staying.

Very clean place in the center of Ksamil. Restaurants, beaches, supermarket etc. are very near by. You even have private parking and a washing service. The hosts are very friendly and help with everything☀️

“Great!!!!”
FANTASTIC!!! our room was perfect and the location too! although the season had ended we enjoyed staying here because if how accomodating our room was and also how nice the owners were! recommend 100%!!
