“Nice rooms, but not as expected - not a villa as described”

A great location and quiet, but I did not research the area Ksamil enough so did not realise how it is a tourist hotspot so it was very busy and there were no usable public beaches until late afternoon. Regarding the 'villa' (not as described, as it was not a private villa as expected) the rooms were exactly as expected and clean tidy and large - the 3-bed rooms were plenty big enough. Shower strength was great and having fridges was useful. Each room had aircon.

“Great accommodation with very kind host,close to the beach”

Vila Jeti is amazing place, close to the beach and the host Jeti is great! He recommended us good restaurants, took us with his car for shopping and to the hus station. We are highly recommending his accomodation where he is staying with his parents who are very nice and kind people.

Amazing view amazing service!

Very clean, very friendly , 9 min walk from the sea. Very helpful owners, always ready for you. My kid feel down and needed hospital, with no questions asked Jeti took us to emergency and stayed there with us all the time. Amazing view from the balcony.

Very nice and comfortable place with the most friendly people there I ever met. The rooms are literally 4 minutes from the beach away and about 10-12 from the city. You probably have one of the nicest views over the islands and the sea. Very nice and courteous people. Rooms are very clean and maintained. The landlord of the villa even picked us up from the city when we arrived and drove us back to the seaport in Sarande. Absolutely recommendable.

the owner of the house helped with information on how to get from Tirana airport to Ksamil, took us to the store and pharmacy, it was very pleasant, a responsive person. The apartment was cleaned twice in a week. We had a kitchen, there are rooms with sea views. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea, but the road goes through a construction site, garbage dumps and a road along which cars are constantly driving. Access to the public beach. I advise you to take a room with a sea view and go to restaurants, the prices are quite affordable

Super welcoming property and host, I usually don't review overnight stays unless I had a particularly good time and this was the case. Check in late on Wednesday evening, we found the owner waiting for us at the property to give us the keys, also very helpful for information on the place and on rentals despite the late hour. Great help when shortly afterwards he also provided a corkscrew and two last minute glasses (thanks again!). Upon departure he kindly let us park in front of the property to spend the afternoon on the beach without searching for parking spaces and even checked in with us to see if we could need any other support, better and kinder than many big star hotel staff. Excellent location, far from the loud noise of the central nightlife but still 5 minutes from the tourist streets and beach accesses, clean and tidy apartment with a very beautiful sea view which improves waking up by 100%. Between location, host and structure it is an absolutely deserved 10, highly recommended for those who appreciate the advice and help of a nice and kind local like him.

Jeti was exceptional and nothing was too much bother Almost a personal chauffeur at a reasonable price Even turned into a doctor when assistance was required Muma and Papa were great, mama even had tears in her eyes when we left. A lovely stay and have never laughed so much. Thank you so much for a wonderful week 💗

“Very good value for money”

Excellent location, friendly host, functional and spacious rooms. 10/10

The house is newly built and well done, the private bathroom is luxurious. The bed was so very comfortable I'm still reminiscing about it. I had booked a room with a garden view, but was treated to a room with balcony and sea view at no extra cost. Jeti and his parents are great hosts.

The room was nice and clean. Host was very nice he helped us with everthing!

“Very very nice stay”

The rooms were clean and had enough facilities. The host (Jeti) is very kind, helping his guests and always giving tips for beautiful beaches or good restaurants!

It was a lovely experience. We appreciate the host's kindest, the room was very clean with a view at the sea. Even though we booked a room without kichen, the host took into consideration that we are with a child and he gave us a room with kitchen without asking for it. In the yard there are a grill, tables, chairs and a kitchen with all that you need.. Thank you!
