Beautiful and clean rooms, furnished with new furniture and offering a wonderful view from the balcony. The room includes a small kitchenette, fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is excellent — within walking distance to both the beach and the center of Ksamil, with a mini market conveniently nearby. The hosts are truly wonderful, offering warm hospitality and speaking excellent Greek. Highly recommended!

“Everything was so perfect🥰”
We stayed here for 3 nights and the house owners were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, very close to the center, within walking distance of everywhere, a place we would choose again😊

Location was good. About 5 mins to get down to the start of the centre strip. On the way back it is slightly uphill so can be tiring depending.

“Good apartment, friendly owners”
Was great, however our apartment lacked the sea view that was advertised. Due to renovations that were carried out in our booked room. And the showerhead had a will of its own during showering, when placed in the holder. Service and apartment were excellent apart from above-mentioned points. Recommended.

Beautiful villa with a lovely view. All relevant facilities e.g. air con, WiFi etc. Short walk from the centre of Ksamil. Lovely staff, very helpful and kind. We also had a very lovely view.

“Perfect location and very kind host”
The location was great since we were not to far away from the center. The apartment was clean and spacious. The property owner was delightful and helpful lady.
