The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything. The room was very clean, and was cleaned every day. Every day, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was open from morning until evening. The sea was nearby, a 10-minute walk to all the beautiful beaches. I can only recommend this villa. I would come back again. Thank you for such a warm welcome. This is one of the best villas I've ever stayed in.

Fantastic location. Very spacious and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately the weather was a little cooler than anticipated and we didn't dare take a dip.

“Exceptional breakfast and perfect location for exploring”

The breakfast at Vila Emen is exceptional. The host prepared a generous spread of orange juice, eggs with cheese and sausage, salad, fresh bread, croissants, and coffee, followed by a lovely plate of fruit. For those traveling by car, the location is ideal; it is only a few minutes from the main Ksamil beaches and within 15 minutes of more secluded spots to the north and south. We found the value for money to be excellent and appreciated the functional kitchen, where we easily prepared our own meals.

Beautiful and quiet place, very well maintained villa, great location, comfortable room with everything you need and nice decorated. Very clean, with towels and bed linen changing regularly and room cleaning every day. Delicious homemade breakfasts with vegetables, fruits and even sweets every day. Hosts even made special breakfasts for our son cause he doesn’t like eggs, it was really nice! Swimming pool just great! Owners are very nice and helpful, I even got a handmade present from Poli, it was so heartwarming. Thank you both so much, we really enjoyed our stay! Strongly recommended!

Very nice and private poil zone. As there were nor many families at one time, it always felt like we have our private swimmimg pool :) also we really liked the "family driven" business rules and breakfest that was made by the host in the outside kitchen :)

We really enjoy our holiday in vila Emen .For the first time, we visited Albania . We stayed for 3 days and everything was more than excellent. The hosts are so nice and helpful people and very good communication. Really good breakfast. Vila Emen is 5 min walk from the centre and 10 min walk from the beach. All beaches are pretty good . The swimming pool is so clean and nice, we really enjoyed 😉. The location is very good and quiet. I really recommend this place for a holiday and if I go again to Albania I will stay there again. This place is very good for holidays with kids as well.

Family run accommodation in the calm area of Ksamil. Perfect breakfast)

It's a beautiful quiet place, 10-15 minutes walk from the center and the beaches. You'll find several supermarkets and cafes a few minutes away. The room was amazing, clean, new, and comfortable. You get the service of a really good hotel with a cosiness and the atmosphere of a family home.

I liked the fact that it was a walking distance from main street, the view was great, the room was very clean. Also the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every 3 days or so. The car was safely parked close to the house. The area is very quiet and we could have a goodnight sleep. But most of all we liked the hoste, they were very nice and helpful with everything, made our stay there very pleasant.

A beautiful, modern room furnished with everything you need. The owners, Naim and Shqiponja, were exceptionally friendly and supportive, providing many great recommendations on places to explore. Highly recommended!
