“Lovely, well located, spacious apartment”

A super clean and lovely apartment with amazing views from the extensive balcony. We were very close to numerous restaurants and bars, yet the room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Superb value for a late season break. Thoroughly recommended.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The daily cleaning of the apartment was very good, keeping everything neat and comfortable. The host was always available via Booking, responding quickly and assisting whenever needed.

The Stay was comfortable the Staff were very friendly and respectful and the cleanliness was perfect . I highly recommend Staying with them. The location was very great. The view of the House was on the sea . There were Restaurants, Cafés and iceroll under the House.

“Amazing beachfront stay”

I loved the very welcoming staff who always made us laugh, the location was perfect very close to all the beach clubs and centre. As soon as we walked into the room, we were amazed at how cute it was.

The host Livia was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The space was clean with a beautiful view of Ksamil beach and the ocean. A bonus is the fact that the apartments are above Ice Roll! Definitely recommend this place!

“Ksamil 3 night stay”

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The apartment is really spacious and it’s handy to dry your swimming gear and towels on the back balcony overnight. The bed is really firm and comfortable.

Spacious and central to everything. Apartment is very secure as a lovely lady is in the office all day and late at night. Adequate facilities for breakfast. Market nearby and bakery opposite- Sweet Corner Noticed if you're driving, there's a parking spot reserved out the front.

We liked that it was very clean, the towels were changed daily, you can cook if you want.and you have a view of the sea.

Everything was in the best order, from the apartment and room service to your kindness and great professionalism on the part of Arta and Artur. We are in Alb for the first time on vacation and in general, we have come to the unknown and we are leaving with wonderful impressions.

“Good accomodation and very clean”

Very nice and clean apartment. We were 3 persons in 2 rooms, and 2 balconies, on the first floor, but we had 5 beds, so the space for us was big enough, and it could be suitable for families with childrens. Very clean as they cleaned the room every day. The market, exchange, pastry, Kamay, Principotes beach and others were few meters away. Also good restaurants were few meters away. Also in busy and crowded Ksamil was very important to have a parking spot. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they even helped me with ironing board and iron. The apartment is equiped with hand soap, hair dryer, and also the kitchen was equiped, if you would like to cook.

The sea view was great. Cleaning was very good. Free parking. Arthur and Arta was very friendly.

“Sparkling clean, perfect location and wonderful host”

Great views, super friendly and helpful host, sparkling clean, perfect location in the more quiet part of Ksamil, everything in walking distance (1 Minute to beach, 1 Minute to supermarket, 1 Minute to several restaurants). It is the second time that we stayed at vila cerca del mar and we will be happy to return. Thank you sooo much for your great hospitality and the wonderful holidays!

Great location, it's very close to the beach. Great and friendly people, who are always ready to help. Very clean apartment, comfortable bed. Good soundproofing, we didn't hear neighbors at all (hope they didn't hear our kids either 😅). We also got a present - home-made wine from the owners. It was a pleasure! We really enjoyed our stay here. I hope to visit this place again!

“Excellent apartments close to the sea”

These are excellent apartments. Arta, the manager, is incredibly pleasant and friendly. Her constant care and desire to ensure the comfort of the guests are always felt. The cleanliness is impeccable, with daily housekeeping. Bed linens and towels are frequently changed. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and well-ventilated with plenty of windows. The location is superb, close to the sea, and these beaches are some of the best along the coast. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, almost at your doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend these apartments for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
