I would like to thank the wonderful lady who runs Vila Balani and Emilio, who handled all communication through Booking.com. The room was spotless, and the towels were changed every day. Whenever I needed information or assistance, they were always ready to help and did their best to arrange whatever I needed. They are genuinely warm, friendly people who make you feel welcome and never feel like a stranger. The location is excellent and very central. Everything you might need is right at your doorstep as soon as you step onto the main street. The beaches are only about a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. As a woman travelling alone, I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Vila Balani to anyone visiting Ksamil. One additional tip for future visitors: if you are planning to take a boat tour, I would recommend looking at options departing from Sarandë. I had a fantastic experience with Leonardo Boat Tour, which lasted around 5 hours, included swimming stops in beautiful bays, and cost €30. Also, try to bring or buy a waterproof bag for your phone and wallet. Since it is a speedboat tour, you will almost certainly get wet. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We were greeted by a lady that works there, she answered all the questions we had and handed in our keys, showed us to the room, and asked us to get in touch with her if we needed anything. She was so ever friendly, and helped us with our stuff to our room.

Super friendly and everything was good

I had a fantastic experience at this villa. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds was incredibly comfortable, and always clean. The stuff were friendly and professional, specifically the lady an amazing person who made sure we always well and happy, we went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is also a huge plus — close to the beach, close to restaurants, shops etc. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I liked the apartment and also the people in there . They were really nice and friendly, also very helpful helping us around . I was very pleased that I met these people . The apartment was so close to Ksamil and I will book again my next holidays there . I want also to say a big thank you to Majlinda tha she was really nice with me and my family . ♥️

The location is just a walkable distance from the beaches supermarkets, bus stops , shops, restaurants, bars, hosts are very responsive & friendly. House cleaning everyday. Can't ask for more in this price.

A nice place our family always returns with pleasure. Majlinda is always present and supportive of any request. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and property is perfectly located.

Position is good, you can reach different beaches from there by walking. The owners are really kind, they recommended us where to go to eat and what to visit.

The room was very clean. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens were changed three times during our 9-day stay. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Great location – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The owner was always available and helpful. He responded quickly to any questions. Very kind and hospitable.

Emiljo and owner of the place were quite helpful. They make me feel like at home. In terms of location, it is also close to everywhere. I really enjoyed the place.
