Location was perfect, few steps from the famous beach Poda. The host is very kind, he gave us very good recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Appartment is clean and cozy, good for couple but for more people could be crowded. Ksamil is beautiful and we will come again here definitely!

Great location less than 100 m away from the beach . The house had the described features and the house was in a great condition. The host super friendly .

It was kind of clean in the apartment, The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that the cleaner came and changed the beds and towels. I asked for a hairdryer and iron -no problem. Thank you!

Superb location im telling u this is located literally 10-15 steps from the beach! So convenient and just easy access to restaurants and bars just few steps away and u are there! The host Angela and her mom and dad are super nice!!! I asked them a favor if they can book me seats for a van and they did even her dad got us from the property with his car coz we have luggages and send us to the van pick up location where her moms store is located and the fact that twas super early her mom was so kind enough offer and make me a Turkish coffee and my sister had expresso for free!!! Omg they are the kindest sweetest people ever!

Everything was OK,location was perfect near by the beach, restorants, markets and places for walking. Stuff was really helpful and nice, they were available all the time.I recommended the place.

“A lovely little seaside cabin”
We travelled with our two children age 10 & 7 and we loved our stay at the seaside cabin. It's a basic self-catering accomodation, but it was fine for us, we only had breakfast & snacks there then ate out, as doing so is very reasonable in Ksamil. It's perfectly located right on the best beach which was just stunning & everything (bars restaurants etc) was on the door step. Towels and bedding were changed during our stay and the host provided local information and organised taxi's for us when we wanted to venture into Saranda. All in all, a good choice due to proximity to the beach (if you're OK with evening music) & we would definitely stay there again due to great location and lovely hosts.

In my opinion, best location in Ksamil! You are literaly 20 secounds walking to the beach, restaurants, night life! Apartments are very clean, you have a kitchen and bathroom! Very recomended!

“Excellent location, good value.”
The location is the best part of this guest house. It is so close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The room had basic amenities and AC. This is a budget-friendly place and we enjoyed our stay.
