Everything. From the minute we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well, with great kindness and the accommodation was sparklingly clean. Even a cup of coffee that was very welcome. Also kindly booked a taxi back to Sarande Port at a 'locals' price! Centrally located as well for one of the beach areas. Couldn't ask for more.

I and my family have an amazing stay! 🌟 Everything was spotless, the host cleaned every day and took care of every detail. She is a wonderful lady, always kind and ready to help with anything. The location is perfect – close to everything you need but still very quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Another big plus was the private parking – very safe and convenient for the car. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Outstanding place, cleaning and accommodations are 100% recommend. The host was very kind and helpful since my arrival was quite earlier than the check in time. I felt welcome. All areas in the apartment are well distributed. The beach and place are close by the location.

Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Sanie and her husband made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderful. We arrived a bit late, but they patiently waited for us. The location is perfect — right in the city center, next to lovely cafés. All amenities were provided, including toilet paper, shampoo, an iron, and a hairdryer — nothing was missing. We truly appreciate their hospitality. Mrs. Sanie, we love you! Hope to see you again 👋

This is the cleanest apartment I've ever been in. Tastefully furnished, new, centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. Only 5 minutes' walk to a clean beach. The beds are comfortable, sparkling clean linens. Well equipped kitchen. But I was most impressed by the landlady, Mrs. Sany, who saw me off as if we were sisters. She speaks excellent English, and her husband brought me a packet of water and drove me to the beach. Wonderful people! I can't wait for next year to see you again! Thanks for everything!

Yes! Very much everything was perfect!! Compliments for the host Sani who was cleaning our room every day and was very friendly and helpful with everything.. the apartments are like in the photos even better live. Definitely will coming back !

“Perfect stay in Ksamil.”

The property had great amenities, good size balcony for the morning coffees and comfy beds. The AC worked perfectly. The rooms were sounds proof and very clean. Our host was lovely and friendly and gave us great advice on what to do and explore in Ksamil. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great location, with parking.

“We would stay again”

It was just as the pictures, the hosts were really nice, they helped us out a lot by giving us recommendations and finding us a place to stay for one more night since that had it all booked already. 10 out of 10. Really centric. I we would stay again here.

“Great rooms”

The room was very clean (cleaned on a daily basis) and it didn't lack any appliances. There was also an iron in the hallway for common use of the guests and a washing machine but you had to pay 7 euros per wash. The location was great, right in the center close to many bars and affordable restaurants. There is also free parking for the guests right down the building. The owner was very kind and welcomed us with coffee, juice and water and a little welcome chocolate.

Very clean. The cleanest apartment I've seen. Tiles are shining. Apartment has plesent smell. The balcony door glass is so clean that i walked into it. Sanii is amazing and helpful. She greeted us with coffees. Location is perfect, less than 10 min walk to the beach. Pharmacy is right next to it and it's right beside the traditional albanian restaurant with good food.

“Memorable stay”

The place was pretty, lovely and clean, right on the main street, short walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We got our apartment cleaned every day and Sania was absolutely amazing and kind, thank you so much for making our stay memorable. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to visit Ksamil and have a wonderful time :)
