Excellent people. Villa was spotted in the middle of Ksamil. From there you can access centre of Ksamil beaches around just walking, car is not necessary.

Everything was perfect – cleanliness was absolutely top, all appliances were new and the conditions were excellent. The location was great, and there was also parking available. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here! If we return to Ksamil, we will definitely choose Oliver Studio again.

Our stay at Oliver Studio was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect – the cleanliness was outstanding, and all the appliances and furnishings were brand new and in excellent condition. The location is ideal, with convenient access to everything and a parking space available, which was a big plus. The hosts were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil. “Exceptional stunning place and location + hosts”
I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m really unhappy or really satisfied: But i recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming establishment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a peaceful area away from the main traffic routes, it offers a perfect retreat while remaining conveniently close to the town center and the beach. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious rooms, equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. The large balcony, furnished with chairs and a table, provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, creating an inviting atmosphere. During our stay, the hosts' son graciously took my wife and me on a tour of the town, introducing us to fantastic local attractions and dining options. I was so impressed with my experience that I have already booked a return visit for ten days next year. I highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We loved our stay at Oliver Studios. Oliver and his wife were lovely, so welcoming and inclusive. They have a bar area and shared outdoor area which was perfect for a cold beer. Our room was nice and big, comfortable and air con was great. I would highly recommend this stay

“Good place to stay”
It is a good place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the main beach and most of the bars and restaurants. The room was clean, even if it was a bit small for three people. We had a very nice terrace, great place for your morning coffee. The communication with the host (David) is very easy. He even walked us around a bit when we arrived and showed us a very good beach on the next day.
