The host were so welcoming and it was an amazing location, so close to the beach. The place was spotless and had everything you needed. It was great to stay somewhere more authentic and traditional and not just a chain. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The hosts were very sweet, understanding, and friendly. It was very clean, and above all, everything smelled wonderful. There was a lovely balcony full of plants; we especially enjoyed spending time there at sunset with the incredible view. And because it was so close to the beach, you could walk to the sand in a few steps without needing to bring any of your belongings, which was a huge advantage for us. As soon as we arrived, the hosts offered us Turkish coffee and warm bread, which was a very nice gesture.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming to us. We liked the location was walking distance to beach and restaurants. They were very sweet and kind to us.

The location is to die for and the people who run it are so kind and so nice I wish I knew Albanian to be able to talk to them. I loved staying here and will definitely go back.

What a location for the price! Right on the beach in the heart of a lively area of town with everything that you need nearby. The elderly couple that hosted us were lovely, cleaned our terrace every day and brought us freshly made bread and local treats which you would expect from your dear grandmother... wonderful classic Albanian hospitality.

A wonderful place like from a fairy tale, almost on the beach. For us, much better than on the beach, because in the wonderful, shaded private space of the terrace. Everything new and super clean. But we were especially charmed by the openness, kindness and excellent communication with the hosts. This experience of their discreet kindness will remain in our hearts forever

We stayed as 4 people for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly – it truly felt like a family-run place. Starting the day with their freshly baked bread made us so happy 😊 The apartment was very clean and had almost everything you might need. The location is just perfect; you can go for a swim right in front of the house without paying for a beach. There are markets, bakeries, and plenty of dining options around. Parking was also no problem at all, we could easily find a spot in front of the property. If we come back to Ksamil, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The location is absolutely incredible we couldn’t believe how close to the water we were, literally just metres away. The owners were so kind and the apartment was beautiful and very clean . Would 1000% recommend and will for sure come back again

Amazing location to take a dip and then relax on the balcony. Great with children who may need to be near home! Such a relaxing place and right in the centre of everything, the beach, the town, yet such a relaxing oasis. Stella and Soula ( hope I spelled correctly) were the sweetest and most welcoming hosts. Thank you. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at Mustafaraj only 2 nights. We had a top floor apartment with a fantastic balcony with shade from the vine trees with a fabulous sea view. The distance to the sea is literally 20 meters. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Ksamil. Every day I had a lovely traditional coffee with the owners. They gave us of lots of useful information about Ksamil and local community. Stella the hostess treated us with a homemade bread, which was delicious. All the other buildings in bay are made of concrete but Mustafaraj home is covered with a lovely vine trees. It’s a hidden gem of Ksamil with welcoming hospitable hosts.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything you need is close by, making it very convenient. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we could ask for. Overall, it was an excellent experience and definitely worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is in an excellent location, practically right by the sea. It has a beautiful veranda covered with flowers and offering a stunning view. Being able to swim at the beach and then walk straight back to your place is a wonderful experience. The hosts are also reasonable and pleasant people.
