“amazing and would highly recommend”
The views were amazing, we hired both villas for 9 people altogether and it had everything we needed including a private garage . i would definitely recommend to anyone visiting sarande/ksamil. Julian and Jane were amazing and helped us with anything we needed

We had a great stay at the villa. The view is stunning though it is slightly blocked by the construction. The host was a big help and available at all times for assistance. The location was great with everything just 10-20 minutes away on both sides. The cleaner Janet was also very prompt and sweet. Ksamil was a beautiful and scenic location. Would definitely recommend.

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and spotless, a perfect relaxing spot just up 10mins walk from the beaches, 5 mins from restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful as well as his housekeeper, cannot recommend this spot enough!

This is a very new and modern property with fantastic views over the sea. Both the property manager and Jane, the housekeeper, were excellent. Very quick to answer messages and help with any problems we had. Super comfortable beds !

Travelling as a family, the property gave us all the space we needed. It’s location is very close to everything you may need, shops, butchers and most of all, the beautiful beaches.
