“An amazing start to our Albania trip”

What a fantastic place. Excellent location and facilities. We loved the pool and had a gorgeous room that had all the facilities that you would need. The breakfast was spot on, a choice of yogurt, eggs, pancakes or a full English. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and insightful explaining the local area. They have helped us plan the the next steps of our trip North further into Albania. Thank you!

I honestly didn't enjoy it at all and regretted the experience. It's a family-run business, but I found the staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend it.

The property is in a great location, back from the hustle and bustle of Ksamil. We enjoyed the big family apartment and the kids loved the pool, the breakfast pancakes, and the kittens! The family were very hospitable and gave us some good tips for local beaches. Our day at Laguna Beach was our favourite of the whole trip.

It was great location, quiet but still very close to the center. Kids loved the swimming pool and the cats especially the kittens.

We had the pleasure of staying at Limini Resort in Ksamil last week, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the very first moments, we could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this place. The staff deserves special recognition - always smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful, ready to assist with anything, no matter how small. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed. The resort itself is beautiful - thoughtfully designed, and finished with great attention to detail. The rooms are stylish, elegant and very comfortable, creating a perfect space to relax and unwind. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and carefully curated. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The resort is situated right in the center of Ksamil, yet positioned in a way that gives a sense of privacy and peacefulness. It’s the perfect balance close to everything, but away from the noise. The food was also outstanding - fresh, delicious and prepared with great care. Every meal was a real pleasure. We visited outside of the main season, which made the experience even more special. The calmness, silence and lack of crowds allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the place. It was exactly the kind of stay we needed - peaceful, comfortable and filled with good energy. A place you truly want to come back to.

Limni Resort is just perfect if you are looking for quietness in Ksamil. Just 5 minutes far from the beach, it is located apart from the road and the crowded village, so it's all calm and tranquility. Our room was big and comfortable, with a superb terrace. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The breakfast changes every day and it's delicious, and we would highly recommend to stay for dinner, as they cook wonderfully. But the best of it all was the attention of Athina, wo made us feel at home every moment of the stay. She is simply the best to run this family hotel, a place you don't want to leave.

Lovely location overlooking mountains away from busy town but only 10 min walk to centre and beaches. Boutique style family run hotel , very welcoming and helpful owners. Excellent breakfasts changing each day. Wonderful Swimming pool.

Fabulous hotel with lovely pool and pool area. Oresti and family made us feel very welcome. Lovely breakfast each morning and easy walk to beach areas and restaurants.

The staff were very welcoming. The location was very central, just 5 minute walk into the centre. The food was good both for breakfast and evening meal with lovely surroundings. The surroundings were grape vines, olive trees, family cats and goats wandering around. The swimming pool was pleasant, quiet and perfect if you wanted to cool down during your stay. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
