Location is right on the beach . There are couple of supermarkets nearby. Restaurant is good . There are many other food options near by . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr Denis in the restaurant was very helpful.

Best place to stay in Ksamil! I had such a wonderful experience here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Dennis, who truly made our stay unforgettable — he is an absolute gem. His kindness, politeness, and the respect he shows to every guest are exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil and would definitely love to come back again!

Food and service.

The localisation is the best in ksamil really ,the parking is a must have in ksamil its a big plus and also the private beach all the staff are very nice and helpfull they shared the best spots in the island, the music is ́nice everything was perfect in the room specially the view. We really recommand

“Hotel with sea view and culinary highlights”

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Our room even had a sea view with a balcony. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Denis, in particular, took great care of us and gave excellent culinary recommendations. The food was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel for us. There was a large selection of different fish dishes and fresh mussels, which are unique to the region. If you love seafood, you should definitely try the mussels, it’s worth it! Even though we visited during the off-season when the beach clubs weren't open yet, the hotel still provided a great atmosphere with its bar and DJ next door. Whether you want to spend a cozy evening on the balcony or dance with a delicious cocktail in hand, there is something for everyone.

The staff was exceptional. First time for me and this place feels like home already.

New hotel, perfectly designed. The service was amazing. Excellent breakfast. We were upgraded to a dream suite overlooking the Albanian Riviera. Private beach with a view from the movies. Highly recommend!

Overall, the hotel was quite good. However, since we opted for the package that included breakfast and dinner, we were disappointed with the quality and variety of the meals. The breakfast was not sufficient, and the dinner options did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this size. Additionally, I found it surprising that such a large hotel only had one iron available for guests. This was quite inconvenient. Aside from these issues, everything else was pleasant and satisfactory.

The hotel’s location was perfect, right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of variety, and the highlight was the warm welcome and room upgrade from the amazing Cindy. “Brilliant staff in great hotel”

Staff were amazing! Modern hotel (almost new) with a prime position in northern stretch of Ksamil and what an amazing view! Beach club was a lot of fun. Beach beds part of room package.

- The hotel has sunbeds reserved for hotel guests right at the beach and beach towels are also provided. - Located right on the beach, along the promenade. - The service is excellent and the staff is attentive. - The breakfast is decent with a good selection, but not too lavish. - The dinner is absolutely top, with 4 different set menus to choose from -- It comes with drinks of your choice, a salad, a starter, 1st course, main course, desert. - I had to check-out early before breakfast and the hotel staff was super thoughtful and kind enough to prepare a lovely breakfast box for me.
