First of all, I must say that this is the most comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Ksamil. If you want to wake up to the sound of birds and have a warm, family-style breakfast, you should stay here.The beach is quite nice and adequate. The sea is incredibly beautiful.But the greatest praise and thanks definitely go to Pedro, Stella, and Yurgi (or Ercü as we call them).This friendly and helpful family-run business has won our hearts. We will definitely choose to stay here next year. We already miss you all so much. See you next summer!

5mins walking distance from the shore. There is a market just right in front of the hotel. Very cheap considering the distance from the ocean and restaurants. Staff are very nice and friendly, very helpful. With a nice view at their restaurant

The hotel for its price was just exceptional. The staff was super nice too. The availability of free breakfast and also their own beach chairs and umbrella for the beach just hit the spot. Most places would charge you 10-20 euros for two beach chairs so saving that per day was amazing. I would like to add the Euxhenio was just superb. He was very friendly and helpful and he was always there ready to help. Sometimes we even felt that he did more than extra. He is very hard working and worked like the hotel was his.

Review of our stay at the Lula Ksamil Hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was in excellent condition, and the location was literally just 50–100 meters from the beach. Sunbeds were also included in the price, which was a very nice bonus. The staff was very friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. A special thanks to him. We are very happy with our time at this hotel and will definitely be back later.

“Brilliant hotel, location and staff”

Had a lovely stay at Lula. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept with good facilities (including a refrigerator and locker). They are in the process of having more work done, so I'm sure in a few weeks it will be even better than it already is! Location is great, opposite the beach and walking distance from places like 'Hand of Ksamil' and cocktail bars. Most importantly (and in my view this makes or breaks it), the staff is lovely! Euxhenio was extremely helpful right from check-in. He helped us with our bags, showed us our rooms and explained the basics. Every morning he helped us with breakfast, even when we had many requests he was very accommodating. He's lovely to talk to as well and a wonderful host. Pedro, the owner, is also so helpful. He helped us with information for boat rides and is also lovely to talk to. We had the best time here and found are stay for the next time we visit as well. Thanks so much

“Beautiful ksamil”

We had a room with a full sea view in a high floor and it was very nice. Very modern and clean. Staff very helpful and food very nice. Highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Really loved this hotel I think my favourite in Albania. We were met on arrival. The room was lovely with a fantastic view to the sea. A very quick walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean, basic hotel. Good size room. No garden view but looking out over building site. Short walk to beach. Plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby.

“Top place to stay at Ksamil”

The hotel is located almost in front of the beach, you can go anywhere by walking. The room was very clean and nice. They served amazing typical breakfasts in the terrace, with freshly made food, huge and delicious. The staff (specially Eugenio) were super helpful and kind. The hotel has parking lots, very useful.

“A jem in Ksmail”

First of all, the hotel was exactly as described, and even better. All the services described were there, clean, wifi fast, breakfast a la carte with all the local goodies. And of course parking inside the hotel and the coast a minute away! The owner is always there to help you, with luggage and information (I do not know when he sleeps!!!).

Everithing was very good ,only bed are litke vit heard .

“Great place to stay right next to the beach”

Nice location right in front of the beach meaning you get the umbrellas everyday and for 15€. Nice breakfast included - we got the fried eggs and sandwich but you also get a spread of watermelon , churro like sweet and rice pudding. Everyday our rooms were cleaned thoroughly with fresh sheets and towels . Lovely balcony view. Shower was big and clean. About 7 min walk to the main town but there is also a shop and bar/restaurant right next door . Staff were super nice always carrying our bags and organising our taxis. I recommend to stay here on your trip to Ksamil. Thanks everyone
