Wonderful place and even more wonderful host. The host, Klajdi, is the kindest person and does everything in order you to feel well in your stay in Ksamil. Parking lot is spacious enough in the inner yard. We got spacious and nice room. Not luxory but very good for our purposes. We had everything we needed.

Good location and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The host is very very kind and will go out of his way to help you or give you tips and information. He really made our stay very pleasant.

“Perfect stay in ksamil”
We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was just perfect. The location was perfect, beach is on walking distance. The host klajdi was really kind and helpful. Also, we really liked the breakfast. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. Overall great hospitality. Would definitely love to come back!

Everything was perfect! The manager was always available and happy to help us whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated all the recommendations for places to visit — it made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, the cleanliness was impeccable, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It was what we expected and more! The attention we received was exceptional. The breakfast was a 10/10. We were supposed to stay only for two days but we ended up staying for 6 days! Klajdi was kind enough to adjust to our extended stay, and let us keep using the same room. I could write more but I can only say that everyone should experience it

“Highly recommend”
The property was really clean and comfortable. It had a great location, less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The family who run the property were really friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations. They also organised a taxi booking for us between the airport and the property. The breakfast included was also really nice each morning. Highly recommend this property to anyone else travelling to Ksamil.

“Relaxing, stress free, friendly”
The host was so kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations for where to go and helped us locate bus stops in Ksamil and Sarande. The walk was super close to the high street and beach, 5 minutes or less. Breakfast was yummy and generally just a good, friendly vibe.

The staff were exceptionally friend being helpful. The location to the centre of the town and the beach was brilliant. The room was a good size and comfortable with a small kitchen in a nice quiet area.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Klejdi was always super helpful and incredibly responsive. The room was very clean and delicious breakfast. Great location since it was only a few minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants.

I recommend with both hands! The place is wonderful, clean, tidy with all amenities. We had breakfast included, which was very tasty, always warm and tailored to us. The staff was extremely kind, responsive and courteous. We will repeat with pleasure!

“A great place with lovely hosts”
A perfect night, peaceful and quiet, in a clean room. A truly warm welcome from the hosts, who will help and advise you to make your stay as pleasant as possible, plus a great breakfast included. I highly recommend it for the excellent value/price !!
