The location is not directly at the main road so it's nice and quiet. The host and his daughters were really kind and the breakfast was delicious.

The host was extremely friendly, and his daughters were also very kind. We really enjoyed the presence of the lovely kittens playing on the breakfast terrace, which made the mornings extra pleasant. The accommodation also had good parking space and is located in a quiet area outside the city, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and quite diverse, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was definitely a plus. However, there were also some downsides. It is quite a long walk to both the beach and the city, including very steep hills that you have to climb twice. There were quite a lot of ants in the room, which was unpleasant. The place was also quite noisy at times; on our last evening people were watching football outside on the breakfast terrace, which made it impossible to sleep. In addition, we asked for fresh towels but did not receive any, meaning we had to use the same towels and bedding for four days. I am not sure if this is standard practice, but given the beach and sea environment, I found this not very hygienic.

Great value for money! Especially liked the big parking lot, good when having a rented car in foreign country. Rooms were clean, kitchen very useful and the garden for breakfast really cozy and cute. Also the restaurant was super. Would definitelly visit again!

Artur is an amazing and very welcoming Host who practically runs the B&B single handedly. Offering fresh cooked meals with homemade wine, produce, preserves & honey all made by himself. The rooms are immaculately clean with excellent facilities. I left with a feeling of leaving very close family..

First of all the owners were great. Arthur, Dorina and their 2 girls were very kind, they prepared a fresh breakfast every morning and if we needed something they helped us. The room was clean and big enough , it also had a balcony. The area was quiet and 10 minutes walk from center so we didn t need the car. Thank you for a lovely stay and keep it like this.

An outstanding stay I had at this property, mainly and most importantly is the exceptional wormth, hospitality, kindness and care of the Host's family. The lovely four members of the family are not representing only the special kind and friendly qualities and nature of the Albanian people in general, a matter that I felt in my entire 1 month vacation in Albania, but this family is absolutely one of a kind, the dedicated father and head of the family ARTHUR, the loving mother DARINA, the sharming sweet elder young daughter DHESPINA, and the cute younger daughter SARA, they all work hand in hand to make the stay of their Guests at their property in Ksamil, such remarkabe and unforgettable one and a lovely vacation experience by all means and needs. All the guests will enjoy here an inclusive very nice tasty generous breakfast with daily changes of the varieties of foods and menu, and by order for other meals during the lunch and/or dinner time, a lovely home made dishes are available in the menu at half price of anywhere else. On sale they have superior organic own farm HONEY, and home made Wine and Raki flavored with honey and cinamon, indeed is one of a kind to cheer and buy this products from them for your more lasting enjoyment or as a special gift to those that you would like to treat to the best. Due to all these facts that I mentioned above, I have decided to extend my stay for more few days and canceled bookings for a forward stay I have planned in Saranda, decided to renain at this wonderful place and with the loveliest people / the host's family of this property in Ksamil. I feel whatever I right more will not serve just and right review for this host's family and for my stay experience, but somehow have to close it by extending my utmost thanks and sincere appreciation to the great Arthur, the lovely Adriana, the charming Dhespina and the cute Sara.

The family is so nice and lovely! We had such a good time, they welcomed us like close friends. The breakfast was all fresh and delicious, the room was big and very clean! We even had huge balcony with a view to the sea! Thank you for beeing such good hosts!

Lovely family hosted us, very friendly and welcoming. The garden villa restaurant was charming. A 10 minute walk to the main centre but loads of local bars so can break the journey up.
