Everyone was super lovely, it was absolutely spotless and had an amazing breakfast. The location was fantastic just a short walk to the different beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely too

I cannot recommend the Blue Water hotel enough as we had a fantastic stay. All the staff were amazing. The hotel is located in central Ksamil so was easy walking distance from all the beaches but away enough from the Main Street so was still quiet. We stayed in the first week of May 2026 so Ksamil is still opening up for the season but still plenty bars and restaurants open. The blue water has opened their pool already (many hotels hadn’t yet) and has a great sun lounger area. The rooms are comfortable & provided blankets as evenings were still a little chilly. The hotel is spotless and huge thank you to housekeeping that does an amazing job. The hotel also does incredibly reasonable laundry and returns it same day. The breakfast was fabulous, we enjoyed it every morning and the cappuccinos were great. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the port which actually arrived early. “A lovely week at Blue Water”

Located very near supermarkets/shops and restaurants and beaches. A bus stop is located near the end of the road also which is what we used mostly to get places (including the port for the ferry). Breakfast was an incredible spread and the room is cleaned/made up everyday. New towels and hotel pool towels everyday if you want them. Staff were lovely and were always available for anything. Pool was perfect to dip when you got too hot, sun lounges are great and always some available each day. Overall a lovely time had at Blue Water and would recommend to anyone.

The location was alright, quite close to the beach (about 10 minute walk) and some of the staff were helpful.

What a lovely little hotel. Good location, 5 mins to beach and restaurants and nightlife, but not too close that the music disturbs you.

Superb hotel . Away from the hustle and bustle of the main beaches and strip , super peaceful lovely swimming pool to cool off in . Great restaurant, breakfast had a great selection . Fantastic professional staff , a special thank you to Vedi who was a true credit to this establishment. If I am ever in ksamil I would definitely choose to stay here again . Highly recommended .

What’s not to like! The location is close to everything but in a side street so it’s quiet and relaxing. The pool is big enough and clean. They have a nice garden. In general: a great location (close to bus back to Sarande - like a 3 min walk). They even took care of my dirty laundry for only €5 (prices may vary based on washing load don’t know that.) The room with terrace is spacious and very clean. They even have a towel for you at the pool! The quality of food is great. I think one of the best in Ksamil. The breakfast is awesome. Freshly made, fresh ingredients, lots options also for a vegetarian as me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, joyful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for everybody.

Staff was very lovely. Receptionist always helped us with a big smile.

The hotel is perfect Very clean all new but the beds are a bit storng not very comfortabel. The staf was very nice but the brekfast very esencial compare with other places that we have been in Ksamil .

“A lovely hotel with nice staff”

A quiet location, just off the main street & not too far from the beaches. The hotel was extremely clean, with very helpful, pleasant staff. Check in was simple & quick, the room was clean with plenty of room for cases. The fridge was very helpful & the air conditioning a god send. Breakfast by the pool was well presented every day & the staff very helpful providing coffee & tea. The pool area was spacious & tidy & towels were provided around the pool.
