“Everything was perfect”

As someone who has stayed in many all-inclusive five-star hotels, I can confidently say this: the hotel was outstanding. Nour, along with the lady and gentleman who own the hotel, constantly took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Since we came from Turkey, they brewed special Turkish tea for us every morning at breakfast and even played Turkish music especially for us. I mentioned that it was my parents’ wedding anniversary, and they decorated their room so beautifully that they truly overwhelmed us with wonderful surprises. The breakfast was excellent. They helped us with everything, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel incredibly welcome. We were very comfortable throughout our stay, and when it was time to leave, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. Because we were leaving early in the morning, they even prepared food and drinks for us to take on the road. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was wonderful and absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable experience. I would also like to add that this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect as well.

Very clean room, great bed. Only a five-minute-walk from the main beaches. But the best thing here is how they really know how to take good care of their guests. The girls on the reception are amazing. Very polite, king and helpful. Simply the best.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, everything was perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable; both the furniture and the bed quality were excellent. Daily cleaning was carried out regularly, and the towels and sheets were spotless. The common areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, clearly prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff were helpful in every way, attending to even our smallest requests promptly. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. In short, the service and comfort exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back for our next holiday.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast was not extravagant but it was very good, the staff were excellent. What was the most incredible was how clean were everything. I have never seen such a clean hotel. I want to congratulate everyone who work there.

Very clean & modern. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.. gave us a list of recommended restaurants all of which stood up - serving delicious food. Also, included on the list were recommended beaches and trips. Breakfast was exceptional- offering a wide variety of hot and continental style food - this included home made cakes, traditional dishes and pancakes etc.

Excellent service, breakfast was delicious with big variety, staff was friendly.

Good location on the main road into Ksamil but walking distance from the beach Breakfast each morning was excellent. Selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, salad items, breads and cooked items. Staff are exceptional - the 2 girls on reception were super helpful, the cleaning ladies came in each day to change towels / linen etc and the kitchen staff prepared delicious food

“Area Hotel”

Although on the main road through Ksamil the hotel was nicely situated for a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn't fault them.

The property was in a fantastic location, very near to beaches, bars and restaurants. The hotel was lovely, modern and very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them, the most helpful and kindest staff, they made our stay with them very special.

A highlight was the friendly, attentive receptionist Erth. Whilst only a small hotel there was a bar/coffee shop open extended hours and a refreshing swimming pool. The breakfast was fresh with many different dishes.

Very very clean and well kitted hotel. Lovely airy feel, spacious, cleaners active all the time and very friendly. Staff are amazing and only too happy, ready and very able to help with whatever you need. Perfect location on the main strip but not too near the congestion of the main road. Loads of top restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and cash exchanges within 100m of this perfectly situated hotel. The staff really looked after us and were an absolute Godsend recommending the best beaches even organising loungers and umbrellas in prime location at the best beaches even- this really made the holiday for us (Arameras VIP Beach 😘). Plentiful and secure car parking fantastic breakfast and perfectly sized (and clean) pool and sun lounging space. Cannot say enough times how great this hotel and the staff are - would 100% return.
