Great hotel in a fantastic location with views of the town and mountains. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good.

This hotel has been thoroughly renovated and is immaculate. Staff are helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are clean (if compact) - but, oh my, the views are to,die for. Absolutely stunning. I never shut the curtains. Oh - and there's also a swimming pool

The spa facilities were good. the room we were given was clean and the food in the restaurant was also good.

Completely renovated, the staff is extremely kind, the rooms are clean, the restaurant is excellent with affordable prices, the pool is spacious and clean, there are two saunas and a salt room. They have truly made an effort to keep children entertained when they are not outside, with games such as table tennis, billiards, darts, and table football. I highly recommend it :)

The spa center was not working, and there was no notice about it.

We liked the location, the lobby area, the bar, the mini playground was great for the kids while we had our lunch/dinner at the restaurant, the playroom was also a big hit for my kids. The pool area was clean, but I expected the temperature of the water to be a little bit warmer, even though they said it was 28 degrees. It was warm in the entire hotel.

Amazing location - beautiful nature, very close to the ski lift. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Active sauna.

Собата беше со поглед кон шумата, и на исток....Завесите во собите беа пократки, од што треба, и цело време беше светла собата, не можеше да се спие. Околу чекирањето, културно им напишав порака, па се до денот на пристигнување на ми одговорија. Кога ја запрашав вработената на рецепција за мини бар( иако е запишано) ,таа одговори дека колку што работела тука 17 години, тоа го немало. Значи мене ми беше потребен било каков ладилник, за инсулин, и беше сето тоа кажано, но само ги крена рамењата, кога и кажав дека сум дијабетичар. Првата вечера беше ужасна, со плескавиците ни дадоа расипано кисело пире....
