“Lovely surroundings but a quieter fridge in the room, a wardrobe and a TV would have been nice.”
Lovely location and the room was fairly ok but there was no wardrobe in the room, just a handful of hooks on the wall to hang the clothes. Also the fridge in the room was extremely noisy, so noisy that we had to turn it off during the night, not to be woken up every time it started up. The lady who checked us in was friendly. We didn't buy food there, but it would have been available, should we have wanted some, either in the evening or for breakfast. The bathroom was lovely.

everything. This is beautifully curated, luxury accomodation on the Gendarmstein. The rooms were large, with dining or lounge area and mini kitchen, with gorgeous private bathrooms. We dined in at night and the food was superb - it clear that there is a love and respect for fresh produce. We ate our own breakfast in the sun overlooking the beautiful garden.

Almost no toilet paper, no one picked up the phone or replied to my message about it, which is poor for an unmanned property. Towels very old and stained, clean but not nice to use.

“Idyllic and classy place to unwind and enjoy the nature: love, love, love.”
The house and grounds were STUNNING. It is a historical house, renovated absolutely perfectly with a beautiful huge garden surrounded by nature. Sooooo beautiful. I loved having my breakfast on the terrace looking out onto the garden. The room was also tastefully renovated and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including a kitchenette.

“Cozy and comfortable stay in the country.”
Very comfortable room, spacious, and a nice quiet location close to the highway. We were greeted late in the evening and it was easy to check-in.
