Molly was a really friendly host, the guesthouse is well located just a short walk to the market and castle. You can park opposite. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams!

The host is a lovely lady! The place is in a great and peaceful location close to nature hikes and historical sites. The host also prepared amazing breakfast and gave us good advice on the places to visit and the ways to get there. The lady host was very sweet and caring, thank you!

The location was perfect, especially if you're taking the bus. The castle and bazar were super close. Megy offered to pick us up from F Kruja and was always available to help us. The room was clean, huge and everything was new.

“Wonderful”

We loved the Kalaja inn, its location right next to the old town and castle is just perfect. We were travelling as a family of 6 and were accommodated in the lovely family room with 5 beds and a cot. It was really comfortable, spacious and had a lovely balcony with pretty view. I loved that I could secure the balcony doors and room door so my young children couldn’t escape, so it was really safe. The bathroom was brand new and all worked perfectly. The black out shutters made the room pitch black at night and it’s in a very quiet area so it was silent too, so everyone slept really well on lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was a fantastic spread of Albanian food. The host was really helpful and spoke fluent English. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you so much!!

Great location for Kruje castle and the medieval centre. The host was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Location is a perfect end to a stay in Albania as it’s not too far from the airport.

We decided not to stay as there was no AC and the bathroom was very small ie. we'd need to sit on the toilet and would need half a dozen towels to wi[e away the shower water.
