This is my second time staying at HM Boutique Hotel in Kruja, and once again, it has exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, just like last time. The service is warm, professional, and incredibly attentive – they truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. The rooms are immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the charming old town. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness, reflects the care and pride the hotel puts into its guest experience. The location is ideal – just steps away from the historic Kruja Castle and the old bazaar, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is a real highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful setting. Returning here felt like coming home. HM Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Albania, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kruja. Highly recommended – 10 stars without hesitation!

Fully renovated hotel with free parking spots, very nicely located in Kruja. Also very quiet area. The hosts are extremely friendly and they were happy to help with out questions! Totally recommended!

Very new and clean. Complementary water, coffee and tea :) the owner parked our car as it's quite a small space. And you can pay by card which is very unusual in Albania :D

The room was great - stylish, clean and comfortable. The bed was soo good and it was quiet at night. We really liked to stay there and would have wanted to stay longer.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.

This is a brand new place, which is why it does not have a lot of reviews yet I guess. We arrived late at night and only met the host briefly in the morning but he was super friendly and spoke perfect English. He also responded to all our messages and requests immediately (we needed to leave our luggage there whilst sightseeing and that was no.problem).There is a coffee machine and there are tea making facilities in the corridor, so basically next to the rooms. The soundproofing of this place and the installations are something I have never seen in my life- amazing. There is a smart TV, quiet, efficient air conditioning etc. The bed was sooo comfy.

Even though the check in instructions were very clear the staff was there to make sure we had no issues with that. With its convenient location and outstanding service, this property has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. The host provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended! Ps. The lady welcomed us with fresh juice, fruits and delicious muffins made by her. (That was not included in our reservation, just a hospitality gesture from the owner)
