Absolutely everything! The accommodation is immaculately clean, decked out with modern and luxurious finishes and you will be impressed by the kind and attentive staff.

“Home away from home”

This guesthouse is one of three guesthouses on the property. It is well maintained and, most importantly, has everything you need away from home. Their staff are friendly and very accommodating. They have a butler, Charles, who is exceptional and goes out of his way to see that you are well looked after. The tableware is of high quality, gas stove for your convenience. Just a well stocked kitchen overall. There is a normal braai and a gas braai, eight seater out door dining suite with a jacuzzi for your comfort. The lounge and each bedroom have an air-conditioner, which comes in handy. I went with my fur baby, and it was enclosed and safe for him. If you have a bigger dog who scales fences, they can stay on one side of the guesthouse. There is a pecan nut orchard where I took my fur baby for a walk, which he loved. This was absolutely amazing. The bathroom links both the bedrooms, and this will be the only downside, especially if the second room is occupied with friends or family members as there are no locks on the doors. I drive a sedan, and there is a dirt road to drive on. You will have to drive slowly for just over 1km to get to the property. If you have a 4x4 or suv, this won't be a problem. The thoughtfulness that went into this guesthouse makes me believe that the owners wanted to create an experience that they themselves would appreciate, which made this an exceptional experience for us.

Mi’lady and I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation for our first. Mary (our host) welcomed us with a walkin tour of what inspired the home including tips on where to go hiking. Charles (our caretaker) was a message away and super helpful (thanks for the charger once again). The space is tranquil with a lot of natural light coming in from outside. We loved almost everything about it, especially the isolated garden. The massage topped off our stay. I could go on and on.

Mary and Charles, were amazing hosts, definitely a gem outside of jhb, the spa treatments at our chalet were 5 star too. Windsong Living had all the luxuries and amenities that you can ask for. Mary definitely has an eye for the small things that make your stay memorable, will definitely be back.

The place was perfect, out of the hustle of the city but close enough to get to wherever you needed to be. It was peaceful, the facilities were beautiful and we wanted for nothing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something special.

I liked the the hospitality, the host Mary she is do welcoming. The gesture, we had a welcime board with our names on it. Had delicious cookies and walnuts in our apartment. The gentleman that helped us with our luggage and was very early to come clean our deck. My daughter went gaga, the jacuzzi. Everything about the place was out pf this world and no I'm not being dramatic.

Everything, my friends and i where welcomed with such warmth, oh my Goodness Mary is such an angel and she goes way beyond for her guests. We literally enjoyed everything about our stay. The place it's self is a hidden Gem. The house is beautiful, I love their interior deco, beds are comfortable, place is clean. The jacuzzi is to die for, always ready for you to dive in and relax. The little complimentary snacks She put for us, wooow I honestly don't know how else I can show my appreciation for Mary and her stuff. Mary would call us regularly to check up on us, remind us of small things we might need, the warmth we felt. I have been telling my friends and literally everyone about this place and I can't wait to go back again, soon. We loved this place and it was so sad for us to leave.
