Recommendation to all!

My recent stay was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we immediately experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was extremely poor. This became a major inconvenience, as I was unable to complete work, this directly affecting my productivity. In addition to the connectivity problems, the room itself was not in a satisfactory condition. There were flies everywhere, to the point where we had to spend time trying to get rid of them before we could even settle in. It was quite uncomfortable, and we ended up sitting outside while dealing with the situation. We reported both the Wi-Fi issue and the condition of the room to management. While they did move us to another unit, the replacement was of a lower standard than what we had originally booked and paid for. What made this more frustrating was the lack of clear communication—no one informed us upfront about the difference in value. It was only the following day, after we made a point to ask, that we were told the new unit was cheaper and that we would receive a refund for the difference. However, it has now been almost five days, and we have yet to receive that refund. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. While the effort to move us was appreciated, better communication, timely resolution of issues, and improved room conditions would have made a significant difference.
