“Nice stay, but poor value for money”
Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were really tasty and affordable.

“I urge you not to get a massage here, especially if you are female.”
Unfortunately there was a serious incident where my wife was indecently assaulted during a massage at this property. The staff and management did not take this seriously and did nothing to rectify this - instead choosing to say that my wife lied about the situation. When I reported this to the staff they laughed and shrugged it off. Even after the police were called to the property they did not take this seriously. My wife and I spent 2 hours the next day at the police station giving official statement. My wife is understandably emotionally damaged by this situation and we received nothing but grief from the hotel staff when reporting it. It is absolutely shocking that in this day an age an allegation like this is not taken seriously. If you are considering staying here please reconsider and please do not get a massage as it is not safe.

outdoor pool was adequate, the sort you'd have in your own garden, however, there were no silly restrictions and it was quite adequate for 2 - 4 people to gently swim or float around; I guess if it was winter time the pool would not be in use. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice, hot or cold. Dining facilities were great - a large restaurant + a large conservatory. The grounds of the hotel were superb and very safe.

Very nice hotel with a unique location right next to a scenic park and trails. The spa is not large but also very nice - the whole hotel is very clean and has a unique vibe of tranquility.
