“Amazing and spacious modern home, brilliant pool.”

The whole area is really calm and amazing for a group stay. We loved the pool and all the nearby beaches, also our host was super helpful and kind. Everything was clean and the whole apartment is super spacious.

The house is in a fantastic location. Krnica is a lovely village south west of Istria. 3 fabulous beaches Luka, Nikolaj and Duga Uvala all within a max 15 min drive. 3 great restaurants are in the village and all reasonablly priced as well as a small supermarket and bakery 200m from the house. Pula and Medulin are 25kms away but I wouldn't recommend going there..absolutely packed with tourists! We were definitely in the better location. The house itself was great, 3 double beds all with ensuite and a 4th double with a single in it. Plus an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine. Aircon is throughout the house and bedrooms although one wasn't working in the bedroom! The house is modern and functional. Marjiana the owner was lovely and helpful with where to go and what to see. I do think they haven't been doing it that long though and this is why I would give a few pointers; the kitchen could have done with more wine glasses (there were only 6) and 12 water glasses. We were 5 adults and 3 kids so more glasses needed as we had to run the dishwasher after breakfast every day. Also, more larger bowls for salads. I suppose it depends on how often you eat in but we always had breakfast and ate out a lot in the evenings but when we did eat in, the bowls were missing! There is a grill outside, briquettes which was functional. Towels were provided as was bed linen but nothing extra so once again a lot of washing after a 10 day stay. The kitchen was apart from crockery and the basics bare. No washing up liquid, tabs for the dishwasher, sponges, bin bags etc so we had to buy everything at the beginning. This they should review, just to have the basics for arrival! No salt, pepper, oil etc so really shopping from scratch. I have stayed in many Airbnb's around the world but post corona, so I don't know if this is a result of that! Also,on booking.
