It’s located in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The view from the patio is amazing during breakfast and dinner (colder times). Also super quick to get to the beach, but quite some stairs to climb, when you come back. The parking spot in the yard is also great, just a bit tricky for novice drivers. It’s on a hill, there is a boat and sometimes several other cars in the yard. There is an AC in the livingroom / kitchen which is essential in summer. The interiors of the apartment are in general more modern than I expected. The fitted kitchen and bathroom especially. There is even an oven, though, not sure someone would use it. The satellite TV channels are also great for lazy afternoons.
