“Very good . I would definitely recommend this hotel”
Very nice breakfast with a good selection .The hotel was in a good location . You could hire a bike if necessary .There was a good choice of eating out .There was a nice coffee shop selling home made ceramics just around the corner from the hotel .A nice marina and good walks in the area

“Not Good”
I was given a room without a shower or bath only a wash hand basin, totally unacceptable, when i complained to the reception, i was offered a new room at 1880 Swedish Krona, which for the quality of the room was exorbitant in price, i managed to get a 25% reduction off of this price which was still far to expensive for the quality of the hotel. There should be no rooms offered on Booking.com which does not have a bathroom.

“Central location, an interesting building, with welcoming staff, good breakfast and bar.”
We stayed overnight in 2 rooms, we booked refurbished rooms which were lovely, modern and well equipped. There was an issue with ventilation in one of the rooms so part of our party were quickly moved to another of the older style rooms, which was also lovely, well equipped and clean just older in style. We were also given a discount for our trouble, thank you for the great service! The rooms were clean, the hotel is well located, an interesting building with welcoming staff and a nice bar area too. The breakfast was great, well-cooked and wide choice. Would highly recommend for a local stay.

“Splendid.”
Location is near the bus and train station so it was easy to get to. Staff was very sympathetic to our situation, went the extra mile to make it comfortable for us during our stay. August at the reception arranged for us to get snacks and have breakfast bags when we had to leave at 2 a.m. to catch our next trip. Truly appreciate it!

“Central, clean, old building!”
Location in relation to the town as excellent. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was a true smorgasbord. Hotel is a lovely old building. Ate in the bar/restaurant and their food was delicious.
