“Break promise”
I had phoned multiple times to the hotel, that the inlandsbanan is not starting there, so i have to cancle the reservation. The person on the reception said 3 times, i will not be charged, because I phoned her in advance. She promised to make a refund, so i don't have to pay anything. Now they break promise and charched 100%. If they would have said, because of not comming they charge 20%, that would be okay. But the charged me 100%, even though they told me 3 times it is free, you don't have to pay anything.
