Overview
Surrounded by lush greenery, Hotel Yannis includes a seasonal traditional restaurant. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the plains of Philippi and Mount Paggeo. In the summer months, guests may visit the mud baths of Krinides, a mere 50 metres from the property. Air conditioning, TV and fridge are included in all rooms at the Yannis Hotel. Wonderful location in the small forest, very good food, kind staff, clean room, quiet environment, mud bath. It is 25 km near Kavala, so we visit the most popular beaches in Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos.

“Peace and quiet place, not in hurry.”
The place- quaiet and peacefull. Very close to Lidia and Philippi where was Saint Paul. Next to the hotel there is mud place- you can take a bath with mud- I don't know exactly how it looks- we didn't use it- no time- transit. Rooms are very simple but clean . Air condition works good. There is beautiful terraca with a restaurant where the meals are served. Good breakfast and dinner. No hurry at all- this is really fantastic. We had two rooms for our family- we paid normal money, not very expensive !
