Definitely overrated on the booking.com. I booked this for my family. The staff mixed up the rooms and was so confused during the check in. They need to sort out their system. There was no hot water, the staff was made aware but it didn't get resolved until next day. Then they tried to overcharge them. For what is and where it is. It's not worth it. You better off with booking somewhere else.

Decent hotel in beautiful city of Kremnica, worth of staying definetelly. Large options of breakfast food, restaurant with exceptional food. Possibility to order drinks, spirits and beer afzer 8 PM afzer restaurant closure. Large rooms and bathrooms, wellness for free includes pool amd two saunas with outdoor seating and jacuzzi.Very quiet location and rooms, no niosy road, no noisy guests.

Rooms were cold and also water in swiming pool.

The surroundings where hotel was located were very nice and the breakfast options were good as well.

Good calm location, Kremnica was a surprisingly interesting to walk around.

The Golfer hotel is located just outside Kremnica in a forestial surrounding and view on the hills. There are enough free parking lots. The receptionist is kind. An old elevator brings you to the right floor The rom is spacious but teh furniture is outdated and in need of renewal. The bed is hard and the sheets and blankets are too short for a person of 1,87m. The bathroom is small as well as the shower. The good thing about this the poolarea. The pool is clean and warm. The wellness area is only operated on demand.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of the town Kremnica, between the slopes and almost in the forest. There are a lot of free parking spaces. The receptionist did everything to make the stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and the view was good. The furniture has seen better days, but it was all intact, working and clean. The bed was large enough and clean, but quite hard. The bathroom was also spotless clean and there was immediately hot running tapwater, eventhough here some renovation is past due. The poolarea is also well maintained and clean. The water was comfortably warm and the pool was just big enough for 2 strokes in the length. The sauna and infrared cabin only operates at request, which to me makes sense. The breakfast is accepatble, nothing special and enough. The coffee from the machine could be better, but yes it's a machine.

Nice and cozy place, staff was very kind and helpful. Location is superb. I was very surprised and I enjoyed my stay there.

nice place, swimming pool was small and indoor, but a great addition. room was big and with all the equipment. wifi was working. staff was very helpful and speaks English and Polish. parking just outside of the hotel. breakfast simple, but overall OK.

The property is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. Nice pool and sauna, jacuzzi, entertainment facilities like pool and ping pong. The hotel is close to Kremnica but also in the forest, perfect for relaxation. What was really outstanding was the attitude staff, especially the gentleman on the reception. He was outgoing, helpful, attended all our requests. I would come back to this hotel anytime again!

Breakfast starts late and at 10pm bar closes and also even if restaurant is empty if you don’t do reservation before they don’t accept you for dinner

Very nice and tidy rooms. Hotel in a quiet neighborghood. Dinner and english breakfast was delicious and very nice service. It's a grat place to rest.
