The hotel is in good location and the breakfast is good, although it is somewhat less than clear what and how much one can order. The bar is good. Staff are kind and willing to help.

Very old hotel. The room needs some repairs and had many insects on the walls and ceiling. During our stay, we had trouble getting any rest because there was a lot of noise coming from one of the parties organized at the hotel.

Breakfast was great (could chose between several options on a menu). Rooms were clean. Possibilities to park in a lot before you cross the bridge - because parking intown and the narrow spot right outside the hotel was not an option for us. Kratovo was one of the most special town we visited. Lots of beauty!

Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast waiter in the morning was extremely friendly and front reception staff were great, efficient and the girl in the morning's English was exceptional and she was really nice.

Hotel Kratis is located just outside (as in 1 minute walk) historic center which meant no scary driving on narrow streets. Free, gated parking was provided in hotel courtyard. My room was huge, with a lovely view of one of the medieval towers. Area was quiet, bed and pillow comfortable, I slept well. The hotel has an elevator. Cook to order breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Very nice hotel in the centre. Our room was large and clean. Private parking is just in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a good and inexpensive restaurant. Breakfast is included a choice from fixed options. Friendly staff.

The location is great, but it is more thanks to the town of Kratovo itself.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was standard with good quality and great coffee, and the waiter gentleman (and the hotel staff in general) was very friendly. The AC kept the room very warm and cosy. A very stable wifi also available. The hotel is in a very accessible place, both by car and on foot. Parking available in front of the hotel (3-4 places) and 100 meters away (a free public parking). Kratovo is a small town that definitely stole my heart!

Big and comfortable rooms. Good value of money - very cheap restaurant and ordered food and cocktails always was delicious.

The location of this hotel is superb - positioned as it is right in the middle of the small town. Parking is available in the public park nearby, and there is a wonderful restaurant almost directly across the road (on the trail to the town outlook). We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel, including up the valley to the old town. The included breakfast had some nice options, and while we found our room to be a bit dark, it was clean and comfortable. This is definitely a good choice to stay at in Kratovo!

The hotel has a lovely terrace with the view of the city. It is centrally located and there is a public parking lot just around the corner.

The reception staff did not have basic information and therefore could not even provide it to us. The employee did not know therestauranťs opening hours or what time check-out is. Early in the morning we were woken up by the loud laughter and talking of the staff - the hotel is not absolutely soundproof, the staff did not heave adequately.

Quick check-in, comfortable room. Well functioning AC. Good restaurant. Excellent location in picturesque village with many bridges. Easy and free street parking nearby. Exceptional value for money. Exceptional.
