“Can't wait to come back! :)”
Location is perfect for families with kids or dogs. We had a wonderful weekend at Vila Ema. There are baskets full of toys and a shelf full of board games and books for ages 1+. Kids were satisfied with a trampoline in the backyard.

“Wonderful home”
We - two families with children - spent a weekend in this house in mid-July. It was wonderful! The house is large, clean and well equipped. There is a garden, a grill, a lot of toys for children;) The owner is very responsive and caring. I highly recommend

Our stay in this house was pure fairy tale! Ideal for families, the house offers an amazing selection of toys for children of all ages, a spacious yard for playing and a fantastic terrace for relaxing. Adults will surely relax in the fantastic sauna. The hosts are the kindest people we have ever met, always available and ready to help. This is the perfect place for a vacation, we highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time! The house is very spacious and superbly equipped (both the kitchen and the play equipment and toys for children), the mattresses on the beds are great, it has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a sauna, 2 large living rooms, a large dining room and kitchen, 2 beedroom and a room with 2 single beds... a villa in the true sense of the word. The location is also excellent, as it is only 5 minutes away from Krapinske Toplice and 12 minutes from Terme Tuhelj. The owners are also very friendly, always very responsive and ready to help with advice. We will definitely return and definitely recommend, especially to families with young children.

Ivan is a very hospitable host and the house is beautiful and spacious. He thought carefully about all the little details that make your stay at a vacation home more pleasant. The yard is neatly maintained and is a pleasure to spend time in, and the house is a drive away from many attractions in the Zagorje region.
