We have three kids (ages 7 to 11) and we had a wonderful stay at this spacious, warm, and perfectly equipped apartment located just about a 10–15 minute walk from the entrance of Krapinske Toplice. If you prefer to drive, there’s also a large free private parking area right next to the apartment. A small, well-stocked grocery shop is only about 100 meters away, and there’s also a pizzeria and a grill house with delivery service nearby. The apartment itself is very large and cozy, ideal for families or groups. The kitchen is extremely spacious and has every appliance you could possibly need: a coffee machine, air fryer, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, plus spices, oil, vinegar, and coffee were already provided. There are three separate bedrooms (two with large beds), a big dining and living area, and a huge bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV in every room. The heating works perfectly — it’s warm and comfortable even in winter. The owners live nearby and are extremely kind and helpful – they made sure we had everything we needed and even offered useful local tips. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay – clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting the area!

Excellent apartment, 3 separate bedrooms, big saloon with kitchen, enourmous bathroom. Everything is brand new. This is exceptional price/value ratio. Tv in every room, coffe machine! The house does not look like much but it hides a real gem, the price is ridiculously cheap for the level of refinement offered.

The apartment was very spacious. The host was very kind and was there to welcome us on our arrival. The area was very pretty and in walking distance from the local mineral thermal spa. Perfect for our one night stay.
