In the heart of Kranjska Gora, the Slovenian pearl, the family guest house Villa Romana is situated right on the ski slope. The property features a spacious summer terrace and a garden with barbecue facilities. A famous ski destination with top climate conditions on the sunny side of the Alps, Kranjska Gora offers a lot of possibilities for relaxing, sporting or excursions. Sport recreations such as tennis, swimming, skiing with an instructor can be organised by the Villa. We had a lovely 3 nights stay. The room had Mountain Views which were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. The location was a 10 min walk to bus station and 5 mins to centre - perfect!

The location and facilities were perfect for our stay. Close to the town for coffee, meals or shops and easy access to the gorge or bike paths. The storage room was very convenient for our bikes. The breakfast was terrific. The host did a great job with our laundry.

“Definitely a place worth visiting.”
Remarkably pleasant stay at a comfortable house that is perfectly located. The owner is truly an exquisite gentleman, always keen to provide us with useful advice on interesting places to visit nearby. As an avid bicycle rider, he recommended quite attractive routes. The breakfast was rich with a lot of variety. My wife has some food allergies and he made sure that she had many options nevertheless. Kranjska Gora is strikingly charming little town. There are numerous possibilities for outdoor activities: cycling, hiking, alpinism, all sorts of skiing in the winter. Strategically, it is perfectly placed: very near Triglav mountain, with remarkable views, beautiful Pisnica river, and many mountain huts where you can try local specialties.

“A super B&B, perfect location, lovely owners”
Vila Romana is a delightful place, quiet and perfectly located about 5 minutes away from the centre of Kranjska Gora. It was spotless and very tidy throughout. The room was perfect, with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. The owners were lovely: kind, attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast, served downstairs, was great. All in all, a fantastic experience. When we come back to Kranjska Gora, we will stay here, no question.
