Thank you very much! The check-in were easy and quick, our host were at the reception at the designated time to hand out the keys and show the accomodation and details. We were there with our 6 months old boy, so it was great to have a huge balcony! The sauna and the jacuzzi were perfect with the mountain view. We also got some extra wood for the fireplace and had a wonderful cozy vibes. We would return!

Malita, from House Neza was really nice and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, clean, with jacuzzi and fireplace. Perfect location, in the center of Kranjska Gora and close to Italy and other beautiful destinations.

The accommodation was great. Our host, Melita, was very kind and helpful – she welcomed us personally, showed us around the place, and explained everything clearly. Communication was easy and quick via SMS, which made everything super smooth. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and can only recommend it.

Good location, very close to city center and to ski slopes, too. Clean and nice apartment, lots of space, big terrace. Good wellness area (the sauna is infra, not Finnish unfortunately) The receptionist lady was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great place, well located, clean, quiet, well equipped and with very friendly staff - the way we were welcomed was so lovely! Also the sauna and the whirpool made it quite exceptional despite our bad luck with weather

It was perfect the lady on reception is lovely and super helpful and smiley. The hot tub and sauna add the luxury and the apartment is modern and clean in a perfect location

Melita was wonderful, paying close attention to all our needs. The apartment is cozy, featuring a private Jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing and recharging for the next day. It is very close to the slopes

“Our best vacation yet!”

This was our first visit to Slovenia and we stayed at House Neza for 10 days. We've expected some rainy/bad weather during autumn, so staying at a cozy place was top priority for us. The jakuzzi and sauna were the extras we were looking for. Melita - the super friendly host - waited for us with a welcome plate with Slovenien sausage, cheese, butter and bread. The apartment was tidy and spotlessly clean. During our 10 days stay we got a free cleaning with fresh towels and beddings. After the free cleaning the apartment was just as tidy and clean as it was when we first arrived! The apartment is modern (electric window shutters) and very well equipped. Heating works very well, making cold nights warm and cozy. We also got access to the wasching machine - special thanks for it, it was a big help! The apartment is at a great place with just about 15 mins of walking to the gorgeous lake Jasna. Overall, this was the best 10 days we've spent abroad and we will likely come back next year!

“Lovely central base for exploring the stunning scenery of Kranska Gora.”

Great location right in the heart of Kranska Gora. We loved the hot tub on the deck. The host, Melita, was particularly friendly and helpful in sharing ideas such as a visit to Lake Fusine in Italy, and sweetly gave us both a welcome and departture gift!

Everything was very good, rooms are nice and spacy, we loved jacuzzi zone. Host was very nice and friendly! Location is very good with beautifull views!

We rented both one bedroom apartments, which shared the hot tub. Everything was great and Malita was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice host, lovely appartement we are coming back some day. Kids loved it

“Perfect reception”

The owner welcomed us with charcuterie board which was delicious and on departure we got a little jar of local honey. We stayed in apartment nr. 4 which was spacious enough for three people. Beds were comfortable, windows were big with electric shades. Balcony had a perfect view of mountains. It was very clean.

Everything as described. Good value for money. You are allowed to charge your car in the driveway which is a nice gesture.

The whole stay was great. We have received the information and the keys, it was very uncomplicated really and we even received an upgrade. The Sauna and the hot tub are great enhancers, the host was very helpful and kind.

Super facilities, clean and simple interior, amazing view and surroundings, very nice hostess. All in all highly recommended for a stay!
