“A Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Mountain Area”

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great, calm and quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains. It is close to Kranjska Gora, but the area itself is peaceful, less touristic and not busy at all, which we really appreciated. It’s a perfect spot for trips and tours around the area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us many useful tips, brought us homemade spirits, and was always willing to help with anything. We felt very welcome and would definitely love to come back again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the apartment was perfectly suited for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable despite the small size. Beds were comfortable and the linen was nice smelling and we slept well. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts or coffee, there are also pots and pans if you want to do some more serious cooking. Apartment was warm in the evening despite the already low temperatures. Parking was easy, next to the property. We appreciated that we could do a nice hike to the triple border directly from the flat. You can also easily reach Planica or Tamar on foot from there and it is a short drive away from Kranjska Gora or Tarvisio. Owners were amazing, we felt welcome and taken care of. They made sure the apartment was warmed for us on arrival, they were helpful with tips on what to see and they made themselves available for any questions.

Owner friendly and helpful. Apartments clean, well equipped. There are many places nearby for hiking, cycling. Parking on the property. I recommend a hike to the three borders. We will definitely come back.

I had a great time staying at the apartment, it was clean and had all necessary amenities. Damjan was an excellent host, he helped with rental equipment as well as information about the region and provided solid travel tips. The location is also perfect, just a short drive from the mountains, which makes it a perfect starting point for any hikes. Highly recommend and hope to come back once again!

Very beautiful studio, with everything you need. Owner is really nice and very accessible, he was available all the time and answered all my questions on WhatsApp. Also Rateče is a really peaceful and quiet place, even when there was a lot of tourists all around Kranjska Gora.

We had everything we needed in this apartment. Location great for all the exploring on foot or bike. Wonderful sleep in comfortable beds. We even received a small gift. Thank you Damjan, hopefully see you again sometimes :-)

Perfect cozy place in a lovely location, very close to best Slovenian mountain locations as well as to Italy lakes. The room was cute, clean and had a beautiful view. I especially appreciate the hospitality of the owner who was very helpfull and flexible.

The host is very helpful, and kind, the apartment is clean, renovated, and well equipped with lots of appliances, kitchen-ware, and a huge terrace. The bathroom is new, shiny and clean, with a great shower. Comfy bed great atmosphere, I can only reccomend.

You cannot pick a better location. Also, Damian was such a friendly person, everything was without any problem, due to bad weather he even offered us to stay one more day with no charge. He also recommended us few places to visit, gave us info you would appreciate from a local and even bring a gift. If you are by car, like I said, location will be perfect for you as you can get everywhere very quickly.

Beautiful cozy rooms, and a very helpful host who takes great interest in ensuring his guests have a fantastic trip! The host not only provided comprehensive advice on things to do/see in the region but often went out of his way to make sure I had all I needed to enjoy my stay. All in all a really nice apartment in a quaint, pleasant town surrounded by beautiful awe inspiring mountains! Would definitely recommend!
