We had an excellent breakfast and the best coffee in a week. The host has been very welcoming, despite our late arrival which messed some carefully planned Friday out in town, for which we again apologize. While not speaking English, she did employ the help of her very nice friend which made communication almost seamless. Thanks to both for the shelter and advice. The underground private parking was great for our peace of mind and you pointing us towards the 24/7 store (who also takes card payments) was a life saver!

It reads a two-star hotel but it certainly exceeded the expectations. The host (Jelena) is exceptionally polite and always ready to assist. Room was great, spacious with decent facilities.

Hotel is located quite centrally, has independent elevator to this 6th floor. Balconies with nice views, and almost all that was promised.

The hospitality offered by the owners was exceptional. They welcomed us warmly and offered us a rakija on arrival, and provided us with tips on where to eat and what to visit. The rooms were extremely clean.

First of all, Kraljevo is a very small city. I'm lucky to find this hotel in this city. It's right in the city center. It's warm enough. The rooms are clean and convenient. The most important thing is that the employees are very attentive and do their job very well. Think about it, they will ask me what time I should prepare my omelette. they are so kind. Nothing to dislike. Very warm and comfortable in freezing weather. Own boiler so always hot water. Breakfast made to order with hot or cold food. Excellent multi-channel TV with many foreign and sports channels. Friendly and pleasant female staff. View across town from 5th floor balcony. Strong WiFi signal. Hotel is in centre of town with underground car park.

“Good value, central location”

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the fact that there's a free parking space means a lot.

Charming mini-hotel is situated on the last 5th floor. But don't beware: there are separate entrance and lift! My room (number 1) was large, comfortable and clean. Bed clothes, towels, furniture are of the best quality. They give me hotel's and room's keys, so I could come at any time. Bus and railway stations are 10 min by feet. City central square is 2 min by feet

Friendly and helping personnel.

Hotel is very close to the center, staff is very good and helpful. It's a nice place to stay in Kraljevo.
