“Restful, comfortable and no breakfast on Sundays”

The location was good, however there was no breakfast on Sunday morning. I had to go else where to have breakfast.

It's a very private and cool and nice place kinda in the center of town beaches restaurants every thing fun is around there

On arrival had to wait less than 5 mins for someone to open the front door. Everything well organized. Good appartement for short stay. No thrills. A good breakfast place is in the same building.

Not sure about the other negative reviews, but I can only speak to my experience, and it was amazing. Check in was smooth once the staff sent me the access code for my keys. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Other than when I checked in, there was always staff at the front desk. Tarimar was very helpful during my stay and went above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time. He was exceptional. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfy. There were some noise since the room faced the main street and there's a balcony but I slept fine. Plenty of storage and a comfy couch to enjoy. Shower pressure was good and hot water was plentiful. AC and wifi was great. While my room did not have a microwave or fridge, all of these appliances can be found on the main floor. There is even a complimentary hot beverage machine that has some good coffee. Location is close to many shops, restaurants and a supermarket across the street. Also very easy to find. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

My check in was scheduled between 4 and 5 pm. I arrived around 4:40. There was no one at the reception. I called one of the numbers on the website and a woman who wasn’t on Bonaire gave me the number of the person who was supposed to be there at front desk. I called several times with no answer, until the person started to reject my calls. Eventually, they got fed up and sent me a completely unprofessional message when I mentioned I was there for almost 40 minutes (which i was). The person said “I left only 20 minutes ago, don’t lie.” A total cunt, I didn’t even checked in and he/she couldn’t care less. This person should be fired. After reading reviews I realize this place should be avoided of all costs

The Hotel was in renovation on arrival for check in

It was a big room with a little balcony and a little fridge. An easy walk to the water but nice to be slightly away from all the busy area. Also a big grocery store just across the road. Staff wad very pleasant and helpful.
