Excellent room with very comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. With proximity to numerous restaurants and bars and only a 10-15 minute walk from the Jewish quarter Plaza Boutique served as a perfect little spot for myself and my brother to enjoy one of the best holidays of our life.

The room was clean and comfortable. Every door is opened using a password (no card needed). Having iron in the room is an advantage

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our room came with a balcony which overlooked a lovely square. It was also in the perfect spot to start exploring as well as being in front of a lovely park. The comfort, price, and location made it a perfect stay.

The location was great with good local amenities and very easy access to the Jewish quarter. The hotel had a very slick automatic entry system. The room itself was a good size with an excellent bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent.

We liked the location -- close to public transport, park, historic church, cafes. The rooms to the back of the building were quiet and clean. Although there wasn't a person on reception all questions were answered immediately by text.

“Esperienza deludente”

I've had many inconveniences. I arrived at this hotel and was surprised to find that an area was under renovation. I didn't find a reception and the welcome was disappointing. The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Breakfast was moved to another hotel (Xerion), and to top it all off, I was robbed (probably by Italians staying there) right during breakfast (I had left my jacket on the chair). I asked to see the internal cameras, but they said they didn't see anything. Overall, a very negative experience.

I chose this hotel because it had good reviews on TripAdvisor and elsewhere but I think a lot has changed. I opted to pay in advance a non-refundable fee as it appeared good value given the great reviews. However a few days before I arrived I received an email from the hotel that they no longer had a reception or restaurant at the hotel. My room was on the 1st floor and was pleasant enough. The carpet looked a bit worn but it was quite clean. There were plenty of sockets for charging although no USB ports. There was a desk and chair but no mirror over it so not that useful as a dressing table. There was a small hanging area and shelves for storage. No hooks in the room for coats which was a disadvantage. In the room was an iron and ironing board, kettle, cups, safe, TV and fridge. This was not working. To get any kind of service you have to ring another hotel about 5 minutes walk away and someone did come and change the fridge for one that worked. There was a decent size shower with a rain shower and hand held shower which I like, with great water pressure, and the towels appeared very new. I did hang up the towels to indicate that I did not want them changed and they kept giving me clean towels. I also put some clean towels in the cupboard so they didn’t accidentally get wet and they still kept giving me more towels!. Not a complaint just an observation.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast quiet

Just one tiny detail, please get different pillows. The ones we had were way too large for sleeping both for me and my partner. Maybe have a second set of smaller softer pillows. Thats my only complaint, thank you.

Very close to the tram stop and only two stops away from the main attractions. Big rooms in a quiet environment.

The room was clean and comfortable and very accessible for both Jewish Quarter and Main Square. The room had a small fridge which came in very handy.

Comfy rooms, attentive staff and beautiful location close to Kazimierz, tourist attractions, restaurants and pretty much everything you'd need. Easy transport access.

Perfect location, just a short walk to old town and the Jewish quarter. Lovely room, staff were great and good value for money!
