“A great stay in Krakow”

Our initial stay came as part of a holiday package, however this was extended by 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Our apartment was kept clean and tidy and provided us, as a family of 3, with ample space. The space included a small kitchen, seating area with sofa bed, , shower room and separate bedroom. The restaurant located downstairs serves good food and the hotel location was ideal, allowing for plenty of walks into the Jewish quarter, the old town and boyond. There's an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants etc close by. All in all a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, very helpful staff and breakfast was beautiful

Everything was perfect to stay. Even though I spent some time to find a parking slot, I got it successfully. Recetion managed the parking process very well. The breakfast was also nice to have.

The room was huge, had a lot of space even with a small kitchen. It was nice and clean. The breakfast (buffet) was good. But even better is the breakfast from the restaurant belonging to the hotel. I recommend going there and booking a room without breakfast.

Excellent hotel in Kraków! Spacious, stylish, and exceptionally clean apartments with a modern design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the quiet atmosphere, and the high level of service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions, while public transport, restaurants, and shops are all nearby. A special mention goes to the delicious breakfast, the relaxing SPA area, and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Lwowska 1 offers a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and value for money. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Lwowska 1 to anyone planning a visit to Kraków. Five stars!

The receptionist Tomasz Szczurek was amazing. He was hospitable and accommodating to all our request. We couldn’t recommend him enough.

Big room nice and clean. Good location tram station right outside. Shop right beside. Staff were helpful and sorted out Auschwitz tour for us.

The hotel was quite modern. The room was big and the shower too. We got free water replenished every day. Easy (a bit tight entrance) and very big parking garage next to the hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Location is good if you plan to mostly hang out in the Kazimierz area, but the inner city is close too.

Rooms lovely, clean and good size. Showers lovely! Spa area is great, must use on the stay. The gym equipment is good kit. Overall felt clean and perfect for our stay.

Very helpful and nice staff. Extremely clean and great house keeping. Possibility to adjust your room temperature by using AC or radiator is a great flexibility.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with the kind staff, the breakfast buffet, and the daily cleaning of the room. The rooms were also spacious, and we had a huge balcony, which was the cherry on top of the cake for our stay. In addition, I asked for a few extras in the room, as it was my partner's birthday, and they were very receptive to accommodating my requests. We will definitely book again.

Good location, not far from Kazimierz. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good and varied breakfasts. The room was very clean. Comfortable mattresses.

“Lovely rooms and great location for walking into central Krakow”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to 2 apartment suites and the rooms were fantastic value for money. So spacious and comfortable. The hotel's about 10-15 mins walk from a vibrant neighbourhood of restaurants in the old Jewish quarter and really doesn't take long to get to the centre. It was also a really good base for visiting Oswiecim due to its proximity to the trainline.
