“In general it's lovely hotel with nice staff”
I came with my mum and we spend a few days in Krakow. It was nice hotel and not far from centre. Room is a big and comfy, сlean and cozy, towels are provided, hairdryer too. Hot water without interruption. The staff is very friendly and helps with most issues. Everything that we needed we had there. Thank you.

Nice and quiet. Isn’t too far from halal food places and taxis were cheap to get about. Not far from big shopping centres.

This was a lovely traditional hotel with 24 hour check in perfect for out late flight and staff are very helpful and friendly would recommend.

Great location as very central to old town and all transport . Staff were very helpful and friendly and room was clean and very warm which was great after being outdoors . Would definitely return . We were a bit apprehensive after reading reviews but was absolutely fine 👌
