There was no air conditioning in the room, and it was extremely warm. The staff confirmed that there was an issue with the A/C system. Although we informed them about the problem on Saturday when we arrived, we were told that nothing could be done until Monday. The hotel should have a better contingency plan for situations like this, especially during weekends. A comfortable room and a good night's sleep are essential expectations when staying at a hotel.

The location was perfect. The cleanliness and standard of the accomodation was very good. Good selection at breakfast. The larger deluxe and suite rooms suited our families needs. Most staff members were helpful and friendly.

“Wonderful hotel”
I arrived in Poland only to find out the place I had orginally booked on Booking.com didn't seem to exist. Booking.com helped me to sort this out and we ended up staying here instead. I'm so glad that we did! Its a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and the room its self was clean and very comfortable. The food was amazing and a good price. The only reason I haven't given it full stars is because the air con wasn't working and our room was boiling. We did have to sleep with the window open in the end but it was a little too noisey and we were woken a few times. All in all though a very positive experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and stay there again myself. Its location is perfect too just over the road from the Old Town. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
