The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in The Main Square. We were greeted by a very nice man in reception. Room was lovely, really nicely decorated. We had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room on arrival. Always good. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and you can order hot food too. We had a very early start for one of our tours so the hotel made us up a packed lunch as we were too early for breakfast. Perfect place to stay in Krakow!

“A great place to stay to explore Krakow”
The excellent position right on the main centre square. The attention to detail from the staff. You could change your mattress and pillows to soft or hard and every day free soft drinks were placed in the fridge. A welcome bottle of sparkling wine was provided on arrival and later on in our stay a free bottle of wine appeared in our room. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent and large.
