“Good hotel with great location”
Great Location and customer service. Rooms were clean and well stocked. As a family of 9, we booked 3 rooms and in 2 out of 3 we got a little bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Why was there no wine offered in one of the rooms? We don’t know. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food and drinks. However, the meals à la carte served in the afternoon and evening were not the best quality or flavour. We chose to eat at nearby restaurants instead. Very small parking and you need to be lucky to get a space. Overall, we had a very nice few nights in the hotel with great breakfast and good location for sightseeing.

The hotel is located close to the city’s old town, about 15min walk, which is great because you avoid all the noise and the crowds of downtown. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast with an omelette made to order and above all great staff.

“Great stay in Cracow”
Super location, very close to the main landmarks. The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean and fresh. Plus there is an outdoor parking!

Very clean and comfortable apartment! I'm usually quite picky about comfort and cleanliness, and I can say I was delighted. The cleanliness was impeccable, the location is superb (35 minutes' walk to the city center, 15 minutes by tram). Slovakia's central football stadium is nearby, but it didn't bother us even during a cup match. The complex has a large underground parking garage, as well as a supermarket and coffee shops. You don't even need to go outside—the elevator will take you to the desired level. Special thanks to the apartment owners—they are very caring, welcoming, and kind.

“very convenient option for travelers with a car”
Everything was comfortable and wellorganized. the hotel is close to the city center by taxi and in good weather it’s absolutely walkable. The underground parking is a big advantage if you’re traveling by car. The service was excellent from the very beginning. Right after booking we were contacted by Vitalina, who perfectly organized our arrival and provided clear instructions for accessing the parking.

“Christmas Eve in Krakow, nice and cozy”
A vey good hotel, beautiful decorated, clean rooms, good parking in front of the hotel, not far from the center. Also it was nice to have full breakfast and tea, coffee and little chocolate souvenir for Christmas.The Christmas dinner was buffet of local dishes which we found interesting to try. Very kind personal, we forget the plug adaptor and they found it and keep it for us to pick it up.

“Clean, great staff and top comfort”
Would have ideally preferred to be located in the Old Town but the hotel was great and very clean and easily accesible. The walk into the town was a 15 min walk or so and perfect for maintaining my daily steps of over 10,000. I would definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

“Loved it and we will be back”
Lovely clean room Easy walk to town, we like to walk! It’s a 30 min to the main square but 20 minutes to the Jewish area where we had a few meals. Very vibrant aerea as well as the main square. Uber it’s co cheap anyway! Staff is really lovely and breakfast is super. We had dinner at the restaurant too and food is excellent. They made New Year’s Eve party really memorable
