Very friendly employees, a large, clean room and private bedroom with all necessary amenities, a very quiet neighbourhood (although a little far from the centre), and a very comfortable bed.

Professional staff. Everything was great. I arrived in Krakow earlier than planned and asked for early check in, very quick answer that the room was ready and I could come. Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, good wifi, very quiet place, exit to the terrace.

Value was fine and it was clean and tidy. Nice walk in to town about 25 to 30 mins. 30 mins from the bus and train station.

I had a wonderful stay at Grottger Luxury Boutique Hotel City. Everything was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and was just as happy with my experience as the first. It’s a small and comfortable place with a peaceful location, yet still within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes — the dessert selection is especially wonderful! If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add more fresh greens and vegetables, but overall the breakfast is excellent.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and kind. We also reserved a parking spot during our stay. The hotel is very close to the city center (5 minute walk).

I liked the décor of the room and the quality of food for breakfast. For the price it was a bargain and the room even had A/C. In the UK one cannot even dream about the quality and service I got from this hotel at the same price. Oh, I will be coming back for sure.

A great hotel with free parking, about a 30 min walk from the old town. Comfortable and well equipped room. A good breakfast. Staff were great, allowing us to check in early and the night porter arranged a take away breakfast, as we had an early start!

“Great stay with exceptionally kind staff”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind—almost too kind! They went out of their way to accommodate us, even preparing lunchboxes for us since we had to leave early before breakfast started. One morning, we accidentally came down to the breakfast area 30 minutes before the official start time. Instead of telling us we were too early, the staff member hurried to get everything ready for us. We almost felt sorry for him because he was so eager to help! The room was also good, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great as well—situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of Krakow’s city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the incredibly kind staff.
