The staff had beautifully presented our room. Unfortunately due to long delays and systems going down at border control meant we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted. The room was presented well, the pool was a little small but it was quiet so could enjoy it. Location is beautiful and we did enjoy our stay

The location is great!! A lovely outside area for dining. Swimming and spa facilities are an added bonus. Good value for money. Hop on hop off bus every 15 minutes is superb. Staff accommodated a pack up breakfast for our early excursion pick up.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were fabulous. They let me check in early too. The location of the hotel is great as it is a short walk to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. It’s also a pet-friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was truly enjoyable with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also features a small but cozy swimming pool area with saunas, which was a nice place to relax. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the central square, it was not a major issue. There is a hop-on hop-off tourist bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there is a large shopping center nearby where you can conveniently buy food, clothes, and other essentials. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

After first night strings came out from mattress and we asked to change it, it was done. Reception agreed to let us checked out later, also we stored our luggage on the storage room. Breakfest was also ok but it could be more products for vegetation’s and who does not eat milk priducts( soya milk was offered), and I asked about porridge and lady prepared it for me. So we really appreciated attitude!!

We were in room 444, there was a party going on until 3am on 2 out of the 3 nights, the base was vibrating through the floor. I phoned reception at 1am as I couldn’t sleep and were offered a room on floor 6, the noise subsided however we then had a very small double bed so the whole weekend we didn’t get much sleep. I found the hotel to be too far out for us however, taxis are not a problem and are cheap. We didn’t use the spa. Breakfast was ok. Staff are friendly, nice bar area.

Room size, variety of breakfast. Location suitable to walk into main square. Pool and sauna was nice and relaxing
