Fantastic Apartment , great location , staff were great , we asked if there was somewhere we could leave our bags for the day and they let us use the Apartment until 5 Can’t rate them high enough Apartment was lovely , decorated just how we would do it if we owned one

What a wonderful stay! If I ever come back to Krakow, this would be my first choice of location. Minutes from the main square but incredibly peaceful. Beautiful building with great air con, spotlessly clean and a gorgeous wee nautical themed pub on one street corner and lots of little shops nearby for picking up snacks and treats. Plus, gorgeous restaurants (try the ramen place with the rave toilet) and jazz bars nearby. Heaven, I just want to move in! Super flexible and communicative host too.

The appartement was superb. Clean, well equipped and located in a nice play right to the old town in an area with good restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful! It was a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Very cozy stylish and comfortable place in the perfect location. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. Everything was prepared with care: towels bathrobes, slippers and even the hair straightener. You can really feel the attention to every detail. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Bentis Apartments is modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The thoughtful touches—like milk, water, coffee, and more—really make a difference and help create a comfortable, welcoming stay. The location is incredible, very close to the city center, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and markets nearby, making everything easily accessible. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and the host was accommodating to a slightly earlier check in. The room was packed with much appreciated extras such as robes, beverages, and treats. Apartment was a short walk away from the main square. We felt right at home and would definitely return and recommend to friend

Beautiful, fresh and spacious rooms with extremly high ceilings. Comfy bed. Security locker was free to use. They had a straightener as well as hair dryer which was very convenient. The apartment was located very central - next to a big park in Old town Krakow. We commuicated online with the staff. They responded quickly and helped us check in early (10am) and check out late (2pm).

I stayed at Bentis Luxury Apartments for 3 nights with my husband and had a really lovely stay. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to Kraków’s Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), yet the apartment itself was very quiet. We heard no street noise at all overnight. Check-in was easy. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were greeted warmly by the hosts, who were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and we felt very safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. We also appreciated the nice extras – milk, water and juice in the fridge on arrival, plus being told we could help ourselves to bottled water from reception. Small touches like slippers, robes, toiletries, shower cap, sewing kit, hair straighteners, hair dryer and shoe horn made it feel very thoughtful. The kitchen was fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hob, pots, pans and crockery, which made everything easy. Having satellite TV and Netflix included was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and free. Honestly, we can’t think of anything negative. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend Bentis Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Kraków.
